Ingredients :
- Paneer (Cottage Cheese), 1 cup mashed
- Onion, 1 chopped
- Green chilli, 1 chopped
- Coriander leaves, chopped, 1 Tbsp
- Oil for frying, 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder, 1/8 tsp
- Coriander powder, 1 tsp
- Lime/lemon juice, 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add onion and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add all the spices and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add paneer and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with naan, roti, bread or use as a filling in sandwich.
